The perfect app for gym-goers sick of writing their workouts in their notes. Simply create a new workout and you can add as many exercises listed as you want as part of this workout, including information such as the reps, sets, and weights of each exercise as well as a short description. Add your workout split as well, as you can assign workouts to different days, then on that day, it displays the workout you have assigned. When carrying out the workout, all the information about the exercises in that workout is shown which you can tick off as you progress through the workout, and a handy feature also allows you to track individual sets so you dont forget how many you have done of each exercise.
